Hi Friends... I am Srinivas I am very happy to write a review on the article Employability or Life or Industry skills. This is very useful to future engineers to get a bright and colorful life. In this article you suggested on various points to college management and faculty members to produce a good employee which needs the industry.
We are all habituated to our previous teaching process a person who gives lecture for hours. But this is the wrong method we can’t become creative and innovative. This teaching resembles nothing what industry needs from ours is not taught in the engineering course.
The taught process of 10:30:60 is a really good. Here is a good example for this process. In STP when ever the facilitator gives a case study to a particular group, the people who are in that group want to give a best presentation of that day. So every member fight her/him self to become a best performer.
Our Students need the support every time. So, Industry should give more support and advices by coming to colleges and interact with them and tell them what are the needs of the company and what factors do u expect from the students tell them clearly so, that they can make their goal clear. Please conduct student based programs in the industry invite them and make them clear what is their future position. Like wise industry based learning which is conducted by Infosys and you are also mentioned in your article it helps the facilitator what are the industry needs.

According to this article all rules and instructions are followed in the engineering colleges then each student will come under category 1

 Make them to talk in English for 24x7x365.
